EV Cable (Cable for Electric Vehicle Charging System)
The electric vehicle charging cable is used to connect the electric vehicle charging device and charging infrastructure, so as to carry out power transmission for electric vehicles, and is equipped with a certain number of signal lines, control lines, power auxiliary lines, etc., to ensure accurate control and safe operation of the whole charging process. Charging cable is generally used in charging station, parking lot, hotel, residential area, garage and other areas, portable charging cable can be placed in the car.
Application
1)The products are suitable for connection with conductive charging interface of electric vehicle at rated AC voltage 220V,and suitable for the power supply equipments settled at home or public places to charge electric vehicle.
2)Suitable for connection with conductive charging interface of electric vehicle at rated AC voltage no more than 690V and DC voltage no more than 1000V,and suitable for charging station to charge electric vehicle with no vehicle-mounted charger.
Environmental Conditions
1) The rated voltage of cable conductor: AC U0/U is 450/750V,DC is1000V.
2) The minimum ambient temperature of the cable is - 40 ºC.
3) Long-term permitted working temperature of cable conductors is 90ºC,and the maximum temperature of the conductors during short circuits(the duration is no more than 5s) is 250ºC.
4) The mininum bending radius of the cable shall be no less than 6 D(D refers to the outer diameter of cable,mm)
5) The cable has properties of low temperature resistance,flame retardation,oil resistance and wear-resistance.
